A tragedy occurs deep in the murky depths of the sea! As great and deadly pressures smash through the thick skin of the submarine the walls which once kept her crew safe split and spit lethal shards of herself at them, wounding and killing many.
This is where our surgeon comes in! Each life lost to these deep black waters a challenge to his craft and mind's well being. "They will not die here!" he swears under his breath as tears blurs his hands as he fumbles with the life of his closest and dearest friends.

Lord-Yorick I disagree. It makes me imagine a situation where it all comes down to this one part where this guy has to quickly save this dude and there is a lot of fucking pressure and it's the final part. Simply....breath taking.
