It amuses me a little to hear the famous old melody played out like this. The piano with the organ complimenting gives it a 'real' if slightly gloomy vibe. Life just isn't the same for Mary in the city. 00:46 to 1:09 is my favorite part. It flows flawlessly. Excellent work.

There's a strange extension at the ending of the song, after it finishes. It sounds rather accidental and completely separate, so I won't dock marks for it.

I've got no suggestions on how to improve this. You seem to have pulled this off very well.
