where i never would sing:
cellar, dark woods, wall-street, irac, afghanistan, north-pole, south-pole
west-pole, east-pole,
in front of my sister, brother, chief-lieutenant, banker, state-authorities.
i only sing for you, but not now.

Nice Ambiance

In general I really like the piece. It has a nice feel to it and is very subdued.

The second half of the piece is a bit repetitive, so I would consider trying to be a bit more concise possibly see how the piece would be in a seamless loop. With a bit of polish it could be a very nice environment piece for an animation or video.

Considering the synthesizer nature of the piece, I would suggest moving the piece completely onto into the computer with some higher quality samples. I'm not familiar with the software of the day as my personal interest is in mastering not creation, but I know there are a wide range of software options available.

If you do continue to use your reel-to-reel system, I would recommend cleaning your inputs and the recording heads. You shouldn't be getting any crackling if your gear has been taken been care of, or at least you shouldn't be getting this much coming through from the tape.

I look forward to hearing more of your work.

sounds like a recording

it sounds like you used some kind of device to record a song already made. im sorry if it is not. And put up the volume, its really low :P

Anyway, its good song, and there lies my review judgement. its a nice one:) nice melody, very relaxing feeling.

thanx for your comment and vote.
no, there is no "song already made", only a try on my 4tape-recorder with some old equipment, maybe that´s why it sounds so familiar, like from yesterdays.
perhaps i´m from yesterdays :)

I find this piece useful for scenes in which a character falls into memories of mental struggles.
