"Fortunate Realization" by The Third Second (Track #5 from The Third Second's 1999 album _Dynamic Adrenal Challenge_)
Info:
The Third Second's debut album - six tracks of ambient sounds, manipulated improvisations, and noise. The Third Second began as a duo in 1998. The group organized frequent improvisational recording sessions for almost a year. These recording sessions ranged from two to six people using a variety of instruments and sound sources. After a year of recording, the pair began to digitally manipulate the recordings. Those initial experiments became The Third Second's debut album, _Dynamic Adrenal Challenge_. Released in 1999 on Sugarpush Records. Re-released on the3rd2nd.com (01/22/2005) and cultdeadcow.com (05/10/2006).

Reviews:
"A complete mind-fuck of an album. Dense, horrific soundscapes, alien aural textures and erratic rhythms combine to form one of the most intense ambient experiments caught on tape in recent memory. It's well worth the brain cells you'll kill listening to it." - CMJ
"An exploration of unconventional sounds-impure and unsimple-this disc of electro-acoustic recordings draws inspiration from Morton Subotnick, Richard Maxfield and other avatars of experimental music. Deep and disorienting stuff." - Alternative Press #130, May 1999
