I just wrote this track today, and I'm quite pleased with it. It's been a little while since I wrote something this moody, and I'm glad I got inspired today. My brother says it reminds him of VG music.

"Legit"

love your style, melodies are always very passionate and bring out feelings. The background melody which you base your song off is legit, the way it rings and pans. It flows awesome (with some breathing sounds i think?) with the perfect amount of time before the beat kicks in, which in my opinion is another good quality you have (feels more authentic this way, as if the song wasn't made but played). The beat is very original ( haha other developed style of yours i like) replacing the usually Hi hats clash with an almost human made sound or a broom sweep. Goes along great with the supporting melody that is brought in with it. Transition to the piano is also nicely done. Over all its a pretty legit tune, but makes me think if this only took a day to make what could you do in a week?

Haha, yeah, those sounds are samples of myself breathing.

From experience, I have found that the songs I write in shorter sessions are usually better. The songs that take me more than a week usually lose their appeal to me or are overworked on.
