RELEASED October 1st 2008.

A complete remix of "Eclipse" originally made by a norwegian underground techno/synth-group called "Apoptygma Berzerk". They have been my biggest influence while making music myself, so this is my little tribute. Made it in Cubase SX3, FLStudio 7 and Audition 1.5. In did the vocals through my Rode NT-A1 michrophone. A trillion instruments used ... too many to name. A little different than what I usually do - but I just had to experiment a little and release it. Hope you dont hate it though :)

The lyrics are as follows:

well to start it takes about 30 seconds to get realy started which isent that slow but always good to keep things fast going if it suits them it always keeps a person anyway another 10/10 that makes 6 all time first for my rating mostly i give bad only once did i get up to 3 in a row for one guy but wow

You are to the audio portal what Egoraptor is to flash. Not that you reuse jokes or material over and over, but that people seem to worship your work. While I do not worship you I have followed your rise throughout the audio portal for a while and i must say i enjoy your music greatly. Keep on making great music my friend. Oh and before I go, watch out for that electricity man it hurts ^^.

"Being perfectly honest."

First off, I love this song. I'm not rating it down in any way. :)

I just wanted to point out that, while the entire song was fucking perfect, the part I was iffed at was the pitch change on those first two lines. Your voice is nice, but when it's sped up it sounds slightly off.

Starting at 1:44, it sounds less like someone is singing and more like somebody is doing an impression of Meatwad from Aqua Teen Hunger Force. It gets kind of nasally and it doesn't sound pleasant to the ears.

HOWEVER.

The rest of this song is absolutely glorious. Especially the synths on the line 'and it is meant to be~' give me goosebumps.

Is there any chance you could teach me some things about electronica? Mainly the tools used, if you used anything other than programs. :)

First of all, I had nothing to do with the "People thinks this is a useless review" :)

And second of all, thanks for a good'n great and awesome review. I like it when people actually has a concrete opinion. And you did. I understand what you are saying about the "nasal"-part. My system had problems handling this song when I completed it - so I kinda mastered it a little sloppy and in a hurry just to get it olut before I lost interest and scrapped the whole thing. So thats why.

And the pitch I thought was kind of cool at the moment, it sounded "right" and different. But I can agree that the first two lines in the beginning of the take-off sounds a little "Teen Hunger Force" or whatever (dont know what they are, and I dont think I even want to find out). So Im getting curious as to how it would sound if I just would leave my voice normal.

Anyway, I love the pitch mixed with all the instruments and synths in the chorus, but as I said - I do agree with you in the quiet part.

But, my excuse is that I rushed this a little bit. There is lots of things I planned to do, that I never got the chance to finish. But my setup and gear is upgraded now, so I might do a edit and "finish" it properly.
