Ok, here's the second part to Unfinished Symphony. I spent ages adding to this song, and I'm really pleased with the end result. I think people who liked the first one will not be disappointed here. I kept some of the instruments the same, to make it feel similar to the first part. I'm really pleased with the drums on this track. Thanks to all those who liked and voted on Unfinished Symphony Pt 2, this song is dedicated to them.

"Interesting"

Really nice, I liked this.

One of the things that seemed to get to me was the high pitched piano sample. It really seemed to overpower some of the other sounds.

Good stuff.

"Great song"

Loved the song, lots going on and alltogether it sounded excellent. Loved the piano yet again. And the xylophone was pretty cool too. Overall a pretty finished sounding symphony. But it's quite cool putting both parts to gether. Another great job

Like the great composers, you truly have gone for a Symphony with this compilation. I can see that you're going to need to do some experimenting of how to blend the two pieces together to make them into the blanket that is a symphony.

This one reminds me more of the Orient and passing over the paddy fields, as if flying overhead, sweeping down through the valleys and up over the mountains of this beautiful countryside.

Blending the two of these together will prove to be a test, but hopefully it will also inspire you for where to take the symphony in the next verse.

Author's Response:

Thankyou. Yeah, I was going for a "tell a story through music", each part being the next chapter so to speak. I never planned on mixing them into one song but I may consider it. The main problem would be the tempo as it would have to change throughout the song. It could be done.

"pretty decent"

date: October 12, 2008

simplistic to start, got progressively better, but three minutes with the same simple undertone gets a touch repetitive, the piece lacked flair while it was ending, which I suppose goes well with the sad theme, but I didn't much care for it, I loved the drums, just add more to the undertone

Cheers. Yeah it seems people don't like the ending.

"Not bad."

The song was too simplistic. Pretty much the melody was too simple in my opinion. The distortion that is in the song really doesn't fit the song very good. I feel that you had a good selections of instruments and the song overall had a good beet to it. Overall it was kind of simple, (Like this review lul) but it was still a good piece of audio. Good job.
