I was inspired to make this ReMix after listening to somebody else's arrangement of the same theme, the Castle from Super Mario World. Like many others I've been a huge fan of the series' music for some time, but that particular theme is one of the most dark and exciting songs in any of the games, in my opinion. Even moreso than Bowser in Super Mario 64.
Anyway, the mix uses everything but the kitchen sink... huge custom synths, guitars, symphonic orchestra, church organ, you name it. I really wanted to bring out that ominous feel of the Castle theme and then amplify it further. Hope you enjoy it!

ah right. um, another non 10 review
very good, almost got me here. however, the melody is a bit too complex for me, for it goes everywhere around the place, scattered up and down and sideways, basically meaning, there is no unity. i would like a little more unity.
but a VERY GREAT remix of all the mario songs put together, and i love ur intensity of the atmosphere, how it feels so vivid in this song, so calming yet with that perfect tone of darkness. i feel this music could go a long way in gaming.
so yes, u almost did get me, but i feel more unity needs to be in here, and a bit more something which can make this music a bit more epic. but great job my friend. U NAILED IT! almost.

Sweet action that is teh coolio! The beginning kinda reminds me of an older game series called Mechwarrior. Epic-sauce!
