I was inspired to make this ReMix after listening to somebody else's arrangement of the same theme, the Castle from Super Mario World. Like many others I've been a huge fan of the series' music for some time, but that particular theme is one of the most dark and exciting songs in any of the games, in my opinion. Even moreso than Bowser in Super Mario 64.

Anyway, the mix uses everything but the kitchen sink... huge custom synths, guitars, symphonic orchestra, church organ, you name it. I really wanted to bring out that ominous feel of the Castle theme and then amplify it further. Hope you enjoy it!

Four words; "You. Are. A. God!"

Dude! Five seconds in and I'm already downloading to my iPod.
You just have to try a super-star remix!
Keep on being AWSOME!

I couldn't place the music

I couldn't place the music at first, I just kept thinking "Where have I heard this before? It's so epic!" Then I bothered to read the description, and felt like an idiot. But to my credit (and really more to your credit) it no longer sounds like music from a video game, it sounds much more epic and awesome. Great job.
