Intro made me remind runescape again!
In some places in runescape i just cant get runescape out of my mind everytime i hear this song!

Hmm
Everything is there except for 2 things.
Firstly, At the beginning around 0:03 there's this common melody that runs throughtout the song which is Bb-A-G-D, C-Bb-A-G right? The second part is supposed to be, as heard by the original song and soundtracks and versions, should be C-Bb-A-Bb.
I don't know if that off note was intentional, but it kind of messes the angst in that melogy.
And secondly, I agree with OnyxMyr that the synths are no-no. They are too short at some parts, which the original strings/piano drag through in legato, while the synths give it a staccato-ish feeling. Also, the synths don't really capture the feelings in this song.
However I like the way the background music plays, although the drums should be deeper and have more bass.

Alright
I don't understand why people like this particular remix so much. It's good, and I'm not saying I can do better, because I can't. But to be honest the synth didn't sound all that great, and then the whole song has this massive build up and I can tell that it's trying to be really mindblowing at the climax, but I just don't think it worked. By the end of a Requiem remix I should be think "wow, that was awesome!", but this one just didn't do it for me. It fell short.
