Lovely
Personally this demo as it is reminded me a lot of, say, Explosions in the Sky.. Mogwai.. Brian Eno.. To me, with a little bit of reverb and some swirling, subtle synth textures, this would make a fantastic ambient song. Just make this a little longer somehow and it'll be perfect. Keep it instrumental!

good guitar work!!!
I like the melding of the guitar lines. makes for a very interesting piece. Again nice branching out to include different genres!!!

Good job!
There were some parts that sounded odd with the instruments tieing together. But other than that, it was great! 8/10
