Givin' you folks some oldskool flavour today. This and Light Roller are the first tracks I made when learning how to use Reason. So, that being said, a lot of this is pretty poorly mastered.
However, to me this piece is classic and epic. Great for use in a video game! Which is why it's up here!

Well named, too. The faster part reminds me of a full moon and the calmer part of the dark side. Love how the end builds slowly too.

w00t, thanks Psyzygy. :) This was one of the first melodies that I was really happy with when I started composing music in Reason, now that I think about it it's also the first time I tried time-stretching melodies, weird how it's only now that I'm re-approaching that technique. :) Learned so much making this track that I guess I forgot some of it. :D

I can't see how this is 'poorly mastered', as this is uber mellow and beautiful, the stuff we know you can do. Anyone up for an epic space adventure to the moon?

hehehe, reason I say it's poorly mastered is because I had the high-end -waaaaay- too high, almost ear-piercing for some people. I've since cleaned my ears out and don't crank it so loud. ;) thanks for the review. :)

:) thanks man. I still jam this melody out on the piano all the time. it's so simple and yet just moves me in a nice way. :) I'll probably re-approach this track at some point in the future and mix it up with a different style.

It's so calming and ambient. Makes me think of the days when I played The Legend of Dragoon. One of the best RPGs of all time. Great job - keep up the good work.
