Alright, this is a cool dnb tune I started and finished today. However, I've had the elements sitting around for a long time.

Two main influences here: Current Value, for the drum sequencing, and Logistics, for the drum texturing. If you listen to "Everything is Illuminated" by him, then you'll understand why, or at least you should. I originally intended this to be a super hardcore dick fest like most CV/Limewax songs, but I eventually decided (accidentally) to go with a lighter touch. I think the Rhodes fits in well. I guess there are some deep house influences there, too.

Anyway, this was made for the weird time signature contest... Now for some stats.

Time Signature: 7/4

DAW: FL Studio 8.0.2 Producer Edition

Synths:
LazySnake
3xOsc
SliceX
Sampler
Fruity Slicer

Effects:
Fruity Parametric EQ 2
TrackS EQ
Buzzroom GranComp3
Voxengo SPAN
"Puncher"
otiumFX Basslane
Fruity Love Philter
Fruity Limiter
Fruity Stereo Enhancer
Fruity Delay Bank
Fruity Reverb

Breaks Sampled:
Many in an earlier project, then resampled for a basic break used here. Snare is layered for the metallic sound.

Stats:
128 KBPS
Original Project Name: 7-4 DNB.flp
185 Measures
12 Inserts
20 Patterns
8 Channels
2 Synths
2 Samplers
3 Slicers
8 Automation Clips
1 Audio Clip

Tempo: 172
Key: None, but if you look at it in the key of B then it goes I->V->IV, which could be interpreted as correct, except all of the chords are minor 7ths, so it doesn't really work.
PM for 320/Wav, as usual.

Aweseome!

I listened to your song you submitted today, and figured, lets see how his other music sounds. Glad I checked this song out too! :D

Being a musician, I find the 7/4 time signature very odd, but it surprisingly works very well :)

And personally, I cant imagine the amount of work you put into these songs man. Keep up the great work! :D
