Well, here's the amazing new turd from me - Dragonforce's Through The Fire And Flames.

Finally Complete.

You may flame at will.

I feel shitty that I had to encode it at 128kbps, something I NEVER do, but it's 16 megs at 320kbps, 8.4 at 160, so this is the best I can do. Enjoy. Or hate, I really don't care, as long as I am fucking done with this.

It should be noted that although I did LISTEN to a midi version of the song (someone on the youtubes showed me the link) I didn't use any part of it in my track, the midi version was just easier to listen to.

Main guitar was MinimougeVA (thanks for taking out all the headroom, asshat!)
Intro and solo guitars were Magical 8-bit Plugin
Bass was Magical 8-bit Plugin
Breathy pad-style synth was Korg PolySix
Drums were samples
Anything else I forgot, that was Magical 8bit.
Gir voice clip at the end was from the Invader Zim episode Fund Raiser.

It sounds really good, down to every note of the original song, but the only real problem with it, is the EQ, the treble is a bit too low, and I can just barely hear the guitars over the drums, and I'm listening with my headphones on too.

But overall, it's still a great cover of the song.
So, I give it an 8/10 and 5/5. Keep up the good work.

"Should be in a video game"

This seriously should be put in a video game. Imagine playing the old Megaman series, then throughout the whole Wily stage you hear this. Think of how awesome it would be.

Dragonforce's Through The Fire And Flames is the lognets song i've ever heard. You are one amazing person to transform that into an 8bit song.

Super awesome work!!
