Decided to take a shot at remixing this again, since I have failed previously xD

This is kinda sloppy cause I had to rush it, since one of the vst's I used was a demo :(

Please review!!

(P.S. The static sounds and the misplaced fade outs are side effects of two demo vst's I was using. I'm gonna have to stop using these until I actually buy them xD)

"Fast paced"

I think that the only problem that a track of this speed posesses is that it's going to finish way too soon, so you need to loop it and do that well.

I'd consider making the track longer to counter-balance the speed making it sound shorter and also the addition of something a little more varied into it - there are maybe 4 phases in this song and I think that you need more, even if you come up with variants of these parts.

Author's Response:

It's hard to explain, but...

It was originally supposed to be way longer, but near the end all of the synths I used using the nexus demo went silent, and I had to find substitutes. The only one that didn't go silent was that saw-type synth that came in around 0:21, and that was the only thing that kept me from giving up on it. I ended it earlier because I was afraid that if I waited longer, that one would go silent, and being the most important synth in the song, I didn't want to take my chances of spending even more time on a song that would end up not working.

Last time I'm using the Nexus demo...

What a funky trance track this just make me feel dizzy ,its like spinning arounds it so fast.

Right from the start i was gripped ,i think its because of the energetic sounds. It like a merry go round the tunes, are all mixed up together and very fast. You never get time to get bored the beat is crazy, and fast and really good. Its a groovy track the remix its fab i did not noticed, any sloopyness on this piece.

No real problems hear it a litle on the short side.

Overeal a cool track.

The intro irritated me a bit. I was thinking: "Are my speakers broken or is it meant to be that way?"
Ok, after a few seconds I guessed that this "tremolo melody" was meant to be that way. But I still don't like it.

When the other melodies set in, the song gets a lot better, but the misplaced fade outs (that you also mentioned in the description) are a bit annoying. So, I would like to hear that song again with better placed fade outs. ^^

"Great for increasing-intensity rhythm-tied game."

I wasn't too keen on the fast high-pitched synths you started off with. At first, I was kinda irritated by the high modulation. Or maybe it's the static you mentioned.

I got used to it by my 2nd listen though.

The melody that kicks in at : 25 is really joyful and fun! I love how you have a fair amount of variation and loads of instruments within the 2 minutes.

It had some repetition within each channel, but that's kinda part of the style.

Fun to listen to.

Right when the snare came in is when I decided I wanted to write my review. This is a very exciting piece. As I listen to it I'm picking out all the things I like about it. The volumization you use to transition to a new movement of the song is genius. Very creative work here!
