Well i'm glad you enjoyed it.
As much as i do love getting my ego puffed up a bit, it would also be great if you could tell me exactly what makes my songs so great XD
Thanks again though, i do appreciate it.

"A little sharp"

by: Coop83

I think that the piano that you've chosen in this piece is a little sharp towards the end and there are sadly a few duff notes in the tune, which does detract from the way that this tune works.

I know that it's supposed to sound creepy and wrong, but if you can do that without the notes sounding like they shouldn't be there, the effect would be much more impressive.

I like the theme of this track a lot. It starts off very quiet and nice, when suddendly those high pitched notes come in at around 0:12.

The mean laughter also adds to the creepy atmosphere that you build up with the high pitched notes.

Some of the notes seem to be a bit dissonant, but then, we are about to become insane, right? So, those dissonant notes fit in perfectly here and add even more to the creepy atmosphere.

But, as Bezman already mentioned, the song is a bit too short. Right before the tension reaches it's climax, the song is already over.

"Creepy toytown vibe Feels like it should be longer"

by: Bezman
date: August 1, 2008

It actually sounds like we're in a major key until 0:11.

Then you start dropping in notes that identify it as a minor, before the laughs and it goes all-out creepy. Good work.

The laugh is perfect, with a macabre nature about it and the fast piano work that follows.

It gets a bit repetitive with the pattern towards the end, but that kinda adds to the evil toytown feel.

My main crit. is simply that the song perhaps isn't long enough to really develop the mood you start.

Thanks for the review, and thanks for the advice. That's the only thing that i like more than people enjoying my music, is people pointing out (in a polite, refreshing manner) what's in need to improvement. Thanks again.

"In the Mouth of Madness"

date: July 30, 2008

This song belongs in the movie mentioned in the review title. If you've ever seen it you'll understand why. Very creepy and crazy sounding. I wonder if this is what psycho's really hear in their head? Nicely done.
