Right now, this is my favorite tune of any that I've created. I wanted to see other people's reactions, though.

It's just a tune, with some background chords to bring out the feel of the tune itself. I originally made it with a piano, but since I recently got East West Quantum Leap Orchestra, I have been trying out the library, and trying to work with it. It's what my favorite classical composer, MaestroRage uses, and so I want to get much better with it.

I don't have a clue what to do with this right now, but I've gotten a little bit of feedback from friends, saying that it is a beautiful tune.

Please write a review and tell me what you think. : )

EDIT: Fixed the crash cymbal at the end, so it can loop now :)

"Great work."

Great little loop, love the melelodies, could use a bit better loop point, but the drums feel just a tad bit outside of the mix, you could try some Reverb or Delay to thicken them and bring them a bit less out of the clean type of feel.

Author's Response:

I agree with you about the loop point. It was so short, I just wanted to get it up here, and it was already in loop format except for the harp on the end, so I just removed that and submitted for feedback. :P

I will try messing with the drums a bit. To be honest, this song was pretty much made for the tune, and the drums were an afterthought. :P Thanks for the constructive criticism! :D

"Good for a demo, but now we need a full version."

date: August 25, 2008

I think a longer version would be great. I know I'd definitely download it. And I agree with Snail, more dynamics would be good.

Author's Response:

I want to work on it, but I'm sort of hitting a writer's block. :(

I've improved the dynamics slightly already, but I can't think of anything I want to do to the song, to get it out of loop mode, where it sounds nice. :P

I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the review!

lol you can write demo pdf lol

Author's Response:

Huh?

It's only a demo because it's very short, and I'm trying to get a bit of feedback. I'll replace it with a longer version when I extend it and add more to it.

"Keep working on this."

date: July 17, 2008

Very nice atmosphere this creates. I think it should build more. Static dynamic qualities in classical music are a sort of death sentence. It has a very anticipatory feel. I've never heard of this East West Quantum Leap Orchestra, so I'm looking it up now.

Thanks a lot for the review!

More dynamics, more work, less repetition. Got it. :)
