A couple people wanted to hear solo piano version of this song without the glitch style drums.

So I redid the piano parts to be better all by itself and removed all the drums, This is also one of my submissions to the MAC

Can I hear a sampling of "Green Nebula" by CCP - Jon Hallur?
If so then I very much like your mix of it. The slow strings are perfectly accompanied by your Piano melody.
Eve Online FTW.

I really love the flow of this piece... It's just so relaxing...

I used it in my flash movie, if you didn't notice. Check it out!

And already I'm in love with your work. Especially this piece.

I've been in quite the rut lately, and I think you may have helped that a bit. This piece - from the title to the music held within - has just inspired me.

Keep up the fantastic work. <3

"Wake Up"

Wow, I'll have to check out your other version. This song is really impressive and I like the progression and melodies you have going on here. With the title in there you get the feeling that someone's by the bedside of someone in a coma. I got the feeling that the person right beside them had fallen asleep and was reflecting, sadly, on all the times spent with the person in the coma.

Meh, that's what appeared in my head. I love this song, the sound of the piano, is it acoustic? programmed? sequenced? soundfonts played live? Either way it's impressive and while the parts aren't overly complicated the song really moves along nicely.

I think this is a really great song, Fav'd. Good luck in the contest, great job with this one and I'll stop by and take a look at your other entry in a bit.

"Good!"

date: July 22, 2008

Nice entry. Sad and slow. A gentle piano sound there as well. Acoustic it is like you pointed out, yes? It really adds something to the tune...ambience I might say, more than digital "pianos".

I enjoyed it and I think it's a good contender. Job well done with this! 5up!
