I finished this song about a month ago but only decided (finally) to submit it now. My brother's been itching for me to, so here it is. I hope you like it.

"Not so bad"

date: July 28, 2008

I like it. Its a bit repetitive, but the song is only 2 and a half minutes so its not too horrible. I think you could've thrown in just a bit more variation with the percussive elements. At 1:32 the song gets a bit more intense with the glitchy bits. I think this song would've been really cool if you made it climax with some intense breakcore glitches and have it end on that note, just a nice slow build. I like ambient music like that. That just me though. I like the ambient pads in the background and would've liked to hear some more sounds swirling around in this composition. This has potential to be really really good. Could make it a bit longer and throw in some more variation and you've got yourself something!

Cool stuff : D

I see what you're saying. I feel a little bit like I may have taken the easy route at some point with this song.

"Another great piece."

date: July 10, 2008

Listening to this reminds me of the NIN album 'Things Falling Apart'
Which is a remix album produced by Trent.

You've still retained the 'NINesque' style of 'Climbing through the hole' though i'm sure this piece came first.

This is another great piece and I've currently listened to it 5 times in a row now.
Very well done.

Actually, this song came after. I made it about a month ago, but 'climbing through the hole' was complete in May. Again, I never dislike a comparison to NIN.

I'm happy you liked it! Thanks for the review.

"Cool!"

date: July 8, 2008

Really enjoyed this. Cool funky beats especailly the one in the beginning. Nice strings and bass... Nice job on those. The arrangement in this song is a little bit strange to me.. but sounds cool none the less. 5/5.. keep up the good work.

Mind 5ing my latest trance song for me? A few of us who make trance is trying to make a top 5 trance week and my score is at 4.28.. would help if you vote. Thanks if you will ;)

Sorry, but I can't (and didn't) five your submission. I refuse to participate in an activity trying to "fix" the Top 5 when everybody deserves a fair shot (whether or not the Top 5 actually means anything, anyway).

It would be one thing for you to ask me to check out your music or leave a review, but don't ask for my vote.
