Yes... this is Intake Part II. It's shorter than the others, it's the only song with a bass guitar. But I don't know any bassists... or musicians for that matter. But I digress, presenting Intake Part II of three.
Very unusual
I have no idea why, but this track makes me think of the activity inside an ant nest - the soldier ants killing an intruder and slowly taking it's body to use as fertiliser for the fungus farm. Tiny killings and hidden activity underfoot.
I like it !
Yes, it's very dark, but also somewhat subtle isn't it. Out of all my uses of tis rift this is my most minimalistic and possibly my favorite.
