Hey Everyone!
This is it! This is my long-overdue, long-awaited Pirates of the Caribbean remix that people have been asking for ever scince my last one! It is by far my best yet, and hopefully wont be my last...

This is a remix of 'Hoist The Colours', which can be heard at the beggining of At World's End. It is when all the Pirates/thieves/etc are being "hung by the neck, untill dead". The original piece (vocals) can be heard at the start of the song.

Some people might question themselves as to why I chose this particular song to remix. Many of you would have been expecting an epic piece such as 'He's a Pirate' or a jubilant one like 'Two Hornpipes' (Tortuga Theme). I chose Hoist the colours because, during the song: What Shall We Die For? There is a part when the same vocals as HTCH are sung, but in a much happier, and more powerfull tone, and note selection. I really enjoyed this, and wanted to see if I could take the sad and solem 'Hoist The Colours' and turn it into a euphoric tune!

The main (and hardest) part of this was changing the notes/chords. I would like to mention at this point that I do NOT use MIDI's, but instead PURCHASE sheet music and copy that. The original notes were grave and dark, so I set about changing and playing with them to achieve a happy feel. I feel that I have done well in this, and that 'Hoist The Colours' now has a compleatley new feel! :3

Also, to clear any confusion: Yes, it IS my voice that can be heard during the bass-breakdown. I just added heaps of effects to make it sound "Mystical" lol.
I WILL be doing more POTC remixes, I just wanted to take a break for a while. But now I'm back and ready to accept requests.

Thats about it...Thanks for paying attention through all that text. By now, the song will have finished playing, so you can write a nice review for me...right?

=========================

IMPORTANT: This is from 'At World's End' (the third one), if you havent seen it yet, see it. Also, the vocals won't make much sense untill you do ^_^
