This came into my head around *checks file properties* ..May 16th.
Ahh...I remember now. The day my huge history term paper was due (the one that I failed--I PROCRASTINATED, OKAY? I still passed with an A!). So I relaxed that day, knowing school was ending and all that was left were exams.
The end.
Hope you enjoy this one. ":D

Two things I like very much about a song!
I just wish you were able to get some better mixing. 'cause you have really good tracks, you're just lacking the proper mixing. But no worries, it doesn't kill your score too much. :]

Grats on the A! :]
A+ on the song. :]
Keep up the great work AltS!

Fave artist now. :o

"Relaxing"

date: June 27, 2008

Hey, this song is really good! The piano arpeggios were very nice, and when the drums came in, it was just amazing! Very cool melodies with great relation between the two lines. The ending was interesting, because I really didn't expect the reversed notes in the ending of a song like this one. Quite original.

If I had to put this in a game, I would probably go for a puzzle game or any game that requires some thinking. because it provides just the amount of chill to prevent your brain from melting during difficult tasks. XD

Anyway, great song!

"Nice..."

date: June 24, 2008

This is pretty sweet, I like what I hear.
Nice melodies, and terrific harmony work...I can definitely see this in an RPG game.
The drums are a nice touch, you had some cool beats in there.

Only one thing I would change...the piano is a little bit too preset-ful...FL Keys isn`t that great by itself, by with some effects you can get some cool sounds out of it. When I get back, I can send you the mixer preset I use (with EQ, Reverb, and such). It`s pretty basic, but sounds quite good and you can tweak it to your liking. :)

You get a 10 from me, cus it`s a nice song. The ending works well, I forgot to mention. What did you use to do that? Edison, Wavepad? It`s executed quite nicely.

Keep it up!

Wow! Great review. I did change up the piano a bit, but your mixer preset sounds good, so sure. And yeah, I used Wavepad. Thanks a lot for reviewing, I really appreciate it! :)

"A good beginning?"

What you have sounds pretty cool - maybe what it could use is some more instruments layered over it; the stuff here is basically only a foundation of chords and rhythm - I think a more developed melody could fit over it.

You're absolutely right. I like how you review >:D haha
I had a few more ideas to add in, but I also had second thoughts. I'll definitely reconsider it. Thanks :)
