It gets It's name from the name of the lead instrument. Lunar Strings. Made in GarageBand. Also I don't know what Genre it is so if you don't think this is a trace song, just say where it belongs and I'll move it.

ahhhhhh!

Some of those high notes on that synth hurt my ears. Put it through a low pass filter to remove those screeching frequencies (does garageband even have those?)

This is not trance at all. You need a four to the floor beat, the common D-A-C-G bassline progression, and a simple but catchy lead melody, at the least. this is moreso techno. maybe ambient for its simplicity and lack of a groove. I guess putting it in miscellaneous would work too.

It's three different channels, none of which contain a particularly interesting texture or synth. sounds like a warm pad and default synthstring. Melody was quite annoying, doesn't really go anywhere. Sounds more like an experiment/practice session. I would start by filling in the bass tones more, give it some stereo to really develop a bold backing and make an interesting lead melody. Some drums or a steady beat of some sorts might make this moreso a "track" than a soundscape (which are fine, but I believe if you're going for that you need some detailed, interesting textures. I just don't think you have that going for yourself here)

Thank you for your review, I am still learning... but it's okay.... I can take criticism... I will be careful with what I upload from now on, but I like it, not to say it can't improve...
