reminds me a lot of Kiss From A Rose by Seal. Kind of get a similar vibe from this.

amazing chorus (sad but pretty)(lost love)
great key changes in the latter part of the song approx. 3:24
by the way .... great lead and transition into the chorus
excellent lyrics.
