This song is to a special girl in my life. She is my best friend and also more than that. This song is dedicated to Megan. This reminded me of the 90's where in children's movies there would be magical music throughout it.

"Feeling sleeeeeepy..."

Really nice, beautiful, and (you better not tell anyone i used this word) cute. XD

I loved the xylophone-ish sounds and the synth-strings, they created a very relaxing - almost hypnotizing - atmosphere. The only reason i gave you 9/10 is the static (i understand the idea of '90s films and such, but i believe the song would be nicer without it). Megan is lucky to have you as a friend if you wrote such a beautiful, soothing song for her. ;D
