I used 3xOsc in FL7 for all of my synths. Even the synths that sound like strings. I think i'm getting better at this 3xOsc stuff.

I have no clue which genre this would fit into. Help me out if you think the genre should be something else.

I listened to the song "Verdis Quo" by Daft Punk and got inspired to make this. Even though this sounds nothing like the song.

This will probably get 0 bombed and stuff. So you poeple who enjoyed this song keep in touch with me and check out my other stuff! :D I'm not that great at music stuff but if you like my submissions then PM me and tell me, and talk to me and stuff. If you don't like it then go ahead and bitch. I really dont care. It's just fun talking to strangers.

"An interesting departure..."

date: June 15, 2008

It sounded atonal at first, but it grew on me by the end of the first listen. If that's what trance is all about, inducing an almost hypnotic state of mind through music, then I think the genre is just about right.

It reminds me of a lot of OC remixes, but that's probably just because a lot of OC rmixers use 3xOsc in their songs. Specifically, ti made me think of Chrono Trigger and maybe a little Reading Rainbow thrown in, then when the backbeat jumps in, more Sonic the Hedgehog. The oldschool 16-bit stuff, not the Dreamcast re-imagining.

Props for the perfect looping! I didn't know it was possible for a song to loop that well in Flash!

"I like!"

What's all this talk about getting 0 bombed? This is great stuff! I was a bit sceptical at the beginning, but when the beat came in I knew this was gonna be a great submission. I like the title, the synths, the effects, the beat, the atmosphere created, all sorts of things!
Well done!
As for the genre, I'm not sure, I suppose electronic is the only thing that comes to mind. Keep going, and stay with this style, its brilliant!
