I FINALLY got nexus working properly and have started fresh on this song, hopefully now more of you trance lovers can agree with this because i know my previous demos of this song were more of a house/techno.

Got me bobbin my noggin

A good piece brah. I could listen to this for a long while if I leave it on shuffle and not get tired of it. Although I think it would be better if it didn't come to such an abrupt end. It seems to just fall off. Maybe if it segued out.

Either way, you did a good job.

Love the melody!

I love the melody. Although i swear i've heard it before. Oh wel.

The bass is a bit annoying in my opinion but that wont hurt on what i give you as a score :D

5/5 10/10 Try to grasp the POWER OF THE NEXUS.

DjGamah responds:

Yes i may change the bass around actually, i don't really like the gate i have on it right now even.

Hmm...

Starting out with the intro.
I like it. Starts simple,
good additions with distorted synth around 0:15
Good fade-in with that...
Good bass at 0:30, not too heavy, but definitely there.
I like the keyboard.. simple, good assistance with the rest, but it stands up well on its own at 1:15.
Enjoyed the transition at 1:58 into the ambient background sound, then added in the bass again.
...................................
Suggestions:
- Add in some dynamics. Change the volume around some to add variation.
- make the ending a bit slower, maybe more of a fade-out or maybe a very isolated last keyboard note that fades out alone with some vibrato.
- Perhaps alternate the beat patterns every few measures.

Other than that, it was really really good!
Definitely gonna be a good-scoring submission, and it still has potential.

DjGamah responds:

Will keep that in mind as i continue to work, thanks!
