Diablo Game Tribute
For a while LadyArsenic has been making many gentle pieces for many projects, until one day she broke my MSN window and said "I'MMA MAKE SUMTING SUPAH AWESHUM >:(!!!!" A week or so of working on it together, she has formed an incredible and powerful piece.

These are my samples, but this is very largely her creation and baby!

Description:
"Deep in the burning valleys of Hell, a lone warrior hastily rushes forth through the ominous laugh of the Beast."

Lyrics:
==================
Home, I'll follow you home
Down into your dark depths
Screams surrounding me so
I fear not, waste time not, I have no regrets!

(chorus): I've made it this far, I'm coming home to you (x2)

Life, I have one to spare
One to keep or to give
Damn the consequences, I don't care!
We'll see in the end who's the one that will live!

(chorus)

And until the sun is gone, our blood will fly
Won't stop 'til my silver drips rubies, won't stop 'til you die!

(chorus)

(guitar solo)

(chorus till fade out)

Great

Singing was wonderful. The into was misleading, but that kind of thing is always good to have every once in a while. It reminded me of he Rolling Stones in "You Can't Always Get What You Want". Great, just simply, great. I'm looking forward to some more of this, and I don't usually like Heavy Metal.

MaestroRage responds:

Heehee, thank you! I actually got the idea from a Scorpions song (though the name of it slips my mind at the moment. It's on the Love at First Sting album). Heavy metal was never a favorite of mine, but it brings back good memories of my father. He listens to it constantly, so I'm hoping that somewhere out there, he'll hear this and be proud. Thank you for listening, we do our best!

Great work

I haven't listened to your stuff in a long while and now I catch a little bit of this :D. You've moved on to stuff other than classical intrumental, huh? Well, I like this. Perhaps Lady Arsenic should sing in a regular voice and then change the pitch digitally, she has a large vocal range.

MaestroRage responds:

Ohhhh, horrible idea! Digitally changed voices have such a fake sound, and to me it's cheating... Like when metal bands digitally speed up their songs so that they sound like better musicians. Not a good idea at all. Thanks for listening though!

Wow i love it

This is awsome it has a tarja feel, i would love to hear more of this with that voice and i would suggest making some stuff simular to phantom of the opra, this was very nice indeed, a top fave of mine now.

Awsome piece.

~X~

MaestroRage responds:

Ahh, Tarja. Such an ill-fated woman she was. I've been comared with her before though. >=3 Phantom would be EPIC.... But the problem is that most of them are duets, and Ragey is a pansy when it comes to singing and won't do it no matter how much I beg (although he has one of the most beautiful male voices I've heard in a long time. It sounds like a cathedral bell, it just BOOMS). ^_^ Thank you for listening!
