The beat is very disorganized. The first two measures are okay, then it just... dissolves into an array of random sounds. It simply sounds like after a while you're just sporadically adding notes with no correlation whatsoever.
I suggest you attempt to work out a main beat and build your music up from there. It really gives a necessary bearing to a song. It might be a bit of a chore, depending on how you like your music, but after that it sounds like you might enjoy adding the effects around the main beat. Keep trying, and you'll improve!
