I have seen a program that can do such a thing, so I will believe that you put down the notes yourself, compared to the original, this one sounds more orchestrated, has a faster tempo, and has a different feel entirely, the notes sound slightly (very slightly) muffled which adds to the feeling compared to the sharp sounds of the original, so good job for a piano arrangement.
