I made this one eight minute song for a couple of people.

I'm splitting it into three parts because It'll keep your attention that way.

And as you listen The reason all the parts are so different is because I made one part for each person, so everyone's parts sound different. Its not really a song, but a collection of tunes.

"Great"

by: Shanus
date: June 23, 2008

This was really cool, a mixture of songs in one, and it really worked. I didn't dislike one part of it. And loved the guitar, sounded excellent. There was a little issue, with the whole transitions they seemed slow and sloppy, but still it was a great takck, good work

Sorry for respodingl so late.

As for the transitions, I used to have very hard to understand vocals in between each part, but I took them out because they were hard to understand :(.

thanks for the review!

"Zombie dance hero escape?"

by: Coop83
date: June 22, 2008

Sorry, that is the first thing that came to mind as I listened to this! It start of kind of dark, then gets more of a dance thing going on, then livens up into something that reminded me of "hero" them music, then the final part reminded me of a movie escape sequence. Ah, the nonsensical fun you can paint with music!

Don't get me wrong, I like it, the variety keeps it interesting. Better still is how the different sections do work well on their own, yet they also fit together. This merging and blend of different sounds is great. I think the underlying pace is as least partly responsible for this, which you have kept constant - any change in that and the different sections would have become jarring. Even at the start when it seems slower, the potential is still there, plus that bit is so brief it doesn't distract from the faster sounding parts. So well done there!

Nice Track.

"Sweet"

date: June 22, 2008

The intro to this feels very heavy, and danc orientated, and i was expecting the whole track to be like this, then it stops and COMPLETELY changes style.
Its very repetative in this section for a while though, till that weird cool electronic sound comes in.

The whole track comes together very well and its now time to see how the other 2 parts fare against this one. :P

Sorry for responding so late.

Yes, I know this song switches styles alot, but thats a story for later. And I also knew the second sections was annoyingly repetitve but I didn't want to change it too much from my original plan.

Thanks for the review

"Dance/move-tastic electronic sounds."

by: Bezman

This totally switches at 30s! The first 30s doesn't really seem related much...

The opening bass melody sounded like something I'd heard before so I'm glad you got rid of it.

The computer sound at 55s as you bring in more melody sounds cool and it would have been cool if you'd made more usage of that theme of wierd square-wave-type-things. I like how it actually foreshadows the melody that comes in at the end. Still, more sounds of computers freaking out (maybe as a quiet sound in the bg) would have perhaps been cool.

My favourite aspect of this is simply the energetic mood here. I could totally dance to this - in fact I did get up and dance for 3 minutes - and though some parts are pretty challenging to keep up with, this is the kind of thing I'd love to hear played in a club.

"Good Work"

date: June 21, 2008

Though the first thing I am disappointed about is actually putting this into three parts without any other reason other than to keep the attention of someone, it does kind of put me off in a way, I like to listen to one thing right the way through though it might work with some people, I think it's kind of ehh. The ending for this did work and sounded good though, so it's not like it cut off at the end.

Everything seemed to work fine with this too, which is good to hear, the intro was good though part the way through it did sound like it was at the end but then it built up again, that was pretty good. No real problems with this other than the splitting up of it, that's the only thing I don't like, the length is still decent though, so good work overall.

Thanks for the review.

I split it up because when I first submitted it someone said is was 2 long :(

And the reason the parst are also split up is because I made a part for each of the 5 people and they were all different. So in essence, this is not really a song. rather, it is a collection of tunes.
