I was thinking about possibly "Tundra Freeze" I know, I know.....it's kind of a reference 2 one of Batman & Robin's enemies, but silentsilver1 gave me the inspiration w/ his description

My gut says...

The song kind of reminds me of a character that originated from the underground.
I'm kind of getting a vibe that tells me this villain practically towers over over most of the main cast. And he also has a cold aura about him. At the same time though it feels like he's Calm. Cool. And Collected. A manipulator perhaps? What do you think about Artifice?
