i really liked the guitarish jazzy funk :P
the transitions could ve been alot smoohter, its like you just throw in a different melody, and cut the other one off, (and the cheezy fadeouts count as cutting off aswell :P)
nevertheless, i liked the return of the funk at the end, and you made a very nice song indeed :)

with the exception of the awkward transition it's pretty badass. After the transition it just sounds like a different song, and not a better one. Still, better than I can do!
Great idea.
A very addicting sound. I think the smartest thing you did was give the intro and the outro the same original funk sound. Such a great job. 10/10, 5/5
