I made this song quite a while ago, and while I was opening old songs, I came upon this one, and worked on it a bit. I loved the drums in it, and thought it might be something cool to show you guys while I try to finish Artifact. (it's near completion!)

As always, please post reviews and vote! Thanks for your support!

"Cool"

I enjoyed, it's fit for the title, I was watching the visualisation Puddle and it looks like a SONAR radarwhen music plays, so it really made me imagine a submarine navigating deep in the ocean. Cood job, and keep'em, coming

It's always good to hear that your song does what you tried to make it do. :)

"Enjoyable"

date: June 9, 2008

This is definitely an enjoyable piece. As others have said, it starts out a bit slow, and doesn't come into its glory until the 0:35 mark, but I think the biggest issue with that is the short length of the piece. Were it longer, I think the opening 35 seconds would be a very good intro.

I look forward to the finished piece!

I'm glad you saw the piece for what it was. I hope something comes to me soon, but I don't have much of a clue as to where to go next in this song.

Thanks for the review!

good job but kinda slow start but lateraround 00:35 its started tosound like some thing from one of james bonds games lol like hes in a well a sub lol but good job

Author's Response:

I wanted it to start out slow, so you can get the wave-like feel of being under the water. I added in the kick drums early so that it would sort of foreshadow the rest of the song. I've made the kick a little thicker and added a better reverb and centered it a bit more, so it should be better in the next version I submit.

I was going for a sort of slow combat feel, and the music in James Bond kind of has that in some of the music.

Thanks for the review! :D

"Sounds like something good for a Sub Flash Battle."

date: June 2, 2008

Ever remember that one computer game for teaching you algebra using a submarine? If you know someone who would create an adventure game based on subs...and used your music...that would be awesome.

Author's Response:

I haven't heard of the game, but it sounds cool (for a learning game :P).

I would love to have my music featured in a sub game!

"Good start, excellent drums"

date: June 1, 2008

I really like the drum loop you have that starts at 0:35. Good reverb sounds on the background percussion. Add more and finish it up!

Thanks! :D

To be honest, I'm not sure what direction I should take off in with this song. I like it the way it is now, and I can't find an old subdive soundclip I had before reformatting.

I'm going to leave it for now, but if something comes to me, I'll be sure to add it and upload it. :)
