Woo mellow

Sounds like a mellow video game song!
I like the catchy melody and the beats/break.
It's a good song, but I get the feeling it didn't have to be so long, 3-4 mins would've been enough.

hehe the mellow bassline just screamed house, so i listened to the track and i gotta admit taht stuff is pretty catchy. hehehe.

i think this was pretty cool to listen to, the breaks nice and clean [no i dont know what they are lol] and the melodies smooth. though, my main complaint is that at times, it just seemed a little empty and colorless. it didn't really capture the mellow, chill-out feel that the instruments seemed to try to make, and at some points the melodies just seemed a bit too simplistic--i guess the catchy melodies in house might need some more tweaking and involved patterns in this kind of song lol.

one thing that may have made me feel that way was the mixing. the drums seemed too weak on the bass side wiht heavy influence on the high frequencies, which is fine in other contexts but not here I think. so boost up bass levels, i want it in my breakbeats :)

finally, the synth that came in at 3:26-ish seemed a bit annoying to me, too basic, juicy, and flatulent for the much more organic feel of the song.

thats my opinion, at least. hope i helped out, though you're pretty good so you can make the decisionto listen to my crit lol. btw, check my stuff out if you got time, its only fair :)
