this song is comparable to the feeling one experiences when struggling to squeeze the last bit of toothpaste out of the tube. and let's be honest, it can be pretty tough because:
A) you have to hold your toothbrush
B) you have to fold the tube over itself as many times as possible to move all available toothpaste to the front of the tube
C) you have to grip the tube with your index and and middle fingers and push up with your thumb

that's a lot to worry about.
