A friend of mine asked me if I could make my own version of this song. It's a song from Halo 3 which you can hear in the title screen. I think it's the most emotional song of all of the Halo songs.
I tried to make it sound as if we will never forget our hero John 117.
Sort of like that.
Tell me what you think , and please be kind since this is my first whole Symphony song without Guitars.

Good Man

You do the Chief proud.

I especially enjoy the drums that add in around the 1:20 mark. Even without guitars, this song is epic.

Keep up the good work.

Great song, it really illustrates a homage to an old hero. The strings need better envelopes but other than that its flawless.

I still think Halo is fucking worthless though.

Dimoria responds:

Oki , thanks for the advice. :)

Good job man. I agree with you on how emotional this song is, it's like a memorial song or something like that. lol =P Anyways, nice job, doggie.

Top marks

I agree with your opinion on this song being the most emotional in the entire halo trilogy. Unfortunately it had to be since it was the final game of the series, sucks that the chief bites the dust huh? well rant over, good work dude, keep it up.

Dimoria responds:

Ok , if you say so. But he isn't dead :) Top marks ?
You must be very picky then.

This is a very well composed song. The keyboard, strings, some sort of vocals i think i hear, and the snare, all of it sounds very professional. The feel of the song is epic and sad, which is what i liked the most. The reason i gave a 9 is because i think the strings are a bit to loud, but other than that, RESPECT!
