"Good, but could be better"

I think the choice of instruments really holds this piece back. Sounds like a mix of Halloween/gameboy music. The prior comment about melody is true. It's really pleasant to listen to...just feels a bit silly.

Halloween gameboy music... i love it! Awesome! lol. That's a great description. Sounds spot on. Naw - it's totally silly sounding. The more I compare this to my other pieces, the weirder this one gets.

there's a theremin in there so that's probably why it sounds so crazy.

Like you said, not your best, not your worst but I'm always amazed by the rich melodies you have in your music...awesome....and underrated :(

lol - like you said...some redeeming qualities. I actually made this to test out a new piece of software (musicrow gold pack for reaktor 5). Concentration was indeed on the complex harmonies.
