One of the few FFX songs I'm trying to...revise I guess?

Sorry it's not all that good.

I couldn't find the sounds I really wanted and...

I'm not good at manipulating sounds.

where did you get the midi from, VGmusic or FFshrine?

(it's obvious you just imported midi and replaced with FL presets, you can tell by the exact same composition and wide range of dynamics, which aren't used in your other songs)

Uh no sorry...

I did all of this with FL studios, no midi involved.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I did not, and ever have, imported midis like this..

And of course some of the presets you hear are not used in my other songs! I'm not the type to reuse, and reuse, and REUSE the same presets every single freaking time.

It's called being creative, maybe you should look into it.

Before you go zero-bombing someones stuff, make sure you are correct about it.

Unlike certain people (pertaining to you, since you are such a good ear with midis, maybe you have done this sort of thing yourself?) I don't import songs, unless they are my own.

So thanks for wasteing a review.

i remember that song.
I'm just wondering where to find a GOOD piano sound on fl, i can only find crappy electronic ones.

Yeah, I'm not all impressed with my cover of this song.

As a dedicated FF fan, I should have done better.

And when I get the chance...well, more so the want, I will redo this and make it better lol.

A beautiful track, not too sure 'bout that little thing that kicks in @ 1:40 though. It sounds a bit awkward.^^

I also agree with SupraDarky. The first 10 seconds could be a little louder, but overall it's great. 8/10 for you. :)

I'm wondering wether I should do it over..( I might if I have the time )

Because after I made it, I listened to the real version, and I noticed some notes were off and...=/

I wanted to give you 10, when I've heard the start of it.

The violin synth is the best, but it my go a bit longer- maybe a reverb would work here?

The drummy part is funny :) No, it's probably good for a Game Boy game or something like Pokemon :) But not in my favourites :P

I think it's pretty good though. Only ends up, like it's unfinished.

I'm pretty sure I'll redo this, because some parts don't sit too well with me.

When you say it sounds unfinished, do you mean the end sounds unfinished?

I need to know for when I work on it lol.

And I'll try my best to work on it. I've learned some new things so it should sound much better next time :D.

Always loved this song in FFX. I'd probably make the first 15 seconds or so a bit louder, and that synth that comes in at 0:17 sounds really basic and out of place with the other good instruments like the piano and those background bells. The rest is great!
