While i love it, and the sound you have going on there's only two things i have to say on the matter....
It's doesn't need the drum n bass bit - This is Hip-Hop and an increbile show of it to!! Shift the genre and this could sit happily at the top of that list for a long while to come...
also, i think you need some kind of Dre style whiney note in the background there somewhere... just lift that range a little :D
It's very Kanye but somehow a lot more invigorating, put the request out the get someone to do some lyrics over the top and i think you have a wikid commercially viable track here....

i already have this in the hip hop section if you would look at my other songs.
i put the drum and bass part in there to put it in the DRUM AND BASS SECTION.
