here's the other part of my omegabit thing. i was definitely goin' for my own style here. i really wanted to reinforce that driving bass and clippity clop sort of percussion.

woo 8-bit sounds are FTW i should do an 8-bit, but it'll feel weird to not be able to use all of my synths. haha

chyah chyah! representin' 8bit. they are really fun to make, you should definitely try it out. you'd be surprised how much variety you can get with a few 8bit generators.

As much of a midi song it sounds like, I love the video game style. I know its only 8bit, but you did a good job with it. Perfect video game song, I love the synths and the melody, all flows well.

thank you so much! im really glad you liked it. 'n good to know there are some other vidgame music lovers out there. making sure the synths fitted was a primary focus for the song, so thanks.

hey man, thanks for the review! yea, the percussion was something i thought would just tie the song together and keep it interesting. im glad you noticed it.

in the song, i just made the whole thing repeat and i added the high synth which is what you may be talking about. i didn't notice anything at 1:40 though.
