Not bad
You did good with the bassline, but the drums were too punchy.
Also, you used the same MIDI for the same composition again-and-again, wich made it really boring to hear.
Try working with filters, more variations of MIDI, and add some reeverbs and delays.
this was one of my earlier songs and i didn't actually know about any of that stuff, i use most of the things you mentioned in my newer songs

yep, you asked for a review:P
its good but the lack of vocals made it repeatative, and i know the actual song is repeats in a same maner but they have vocals, so my guess is try to make something like a solo inbetween where all other instruments stop and for example the piano only does something. also i think the begining was to abrupt.
good work :)
