This was for a school assignment.
We had to write and record a protest song.
My friend Rose is playing the guitar and I'm singing, I wrote the lyrics.
It's about the stolen generation of Indigenous People in Australia who haven't been listened to and also their suffering that is currently being ignored by Australian society.
Any comments appreciated!

"Heart breaking"

Its quite an amazing song, it reminds me how dark human nature can be, and thats what makes it heart breaking. All I can say is its an amazing piece of work, though I believe I heard you sorta laugh in some parts of the song, but that doesn't matter, what matters is the message brought out by the song

great.just a little hard to figure out what it's saying.....but a good song still.why this came up when I searched "Geno" I dont know.but who cares.

That is pretty much the original audio track. I recorded it using Pro-Tools and the file was compressed but yeah.

A little Shaky and RARELY off key, but overall a solid performance and I think that if u work at it u could be an amazing singer. keep it up!

i was going to but i didn't have enough time!
i also thought it might not fit with the theme of the song cause cello's aren't really indigenous australian instruments
i might give it a go some time though!
