Signal Blue // Sythec

I find myself inspired by a shit-ton of minimal and electro-house music of late. Blue Signals ~~~ Wonderful producers like Mark Mendes, Deadmau5, and Workidz toss me motivation. ^_^

4-5 hours of fun work into it.
128 bpm, 4-4 with all original percussive/wobble track. All the ts404 and 3xOSC sounds were produced by me. I would love to hear any hints or comments, please constructive!

Listen to whole song before Rating. Thanks!

*re-posted with slight EQ work and re-arrangement of some patterns.

not as cool as the previous one I listened too...

but still plenty good. The main thing I notice here is that it is programmed simply so intricately that it keeps my interest really well. I believe it's simply a more sophisticated type of music. This one appears to have some rather abstract parts - which is still ok, considering you were utilizing the ts404 and 3xOsc for [everything?...]

Ha, not everything is 404's or xosc's... Only the lead synths, the wobbles, and the stingy-kind of glitch. They are not default either, I send them through a lot of FX filters and such, work some unique sounding stuff. I am trying to find a Kick that would work better for this.

Nice !

i really like this, kool crazy synths you got going on, i love the bit at 1:48, dont know about the vocals but i supose it wouldn't as good without them. Whole thing was totally alien and wierd, maybe could have sounded better with a bit more of a prominent beat to help make sense of it all.

nice work, i only wish i knew how to use ts404 and 3xOsc that good

No vocal work actually. A lot of stitch-n-glitch on the piano roll with high arpeggio sets to create the first shimmer effect with a simple snare (with worked break, shimmer, and reverb FX). I feel the same, another better, or dual-step melody would do wonders in the middle... Thanks!

Ts404 is great to take advantage of the Filter resonance and cut. all the wobble-dub sounds are also 404's (my dubstep set is being worked on ATM.)
