"Weird"

Not putting stars because there's room for much more improvement. This music track is basically nothing more than bunch of sounds put together. I swear its what I hear it as. But wait, that means you got a music piece that can be improved hell loads. First off, you can work this piece by giving structure. Have some kind of "focus" or something catchy like the synthetic riffs at 2:23. The audience wants something like that somewhere within the structure. It's just out of order at this stage.
Instruments: Can be better. Tweak them using whatever you got. Don't just go "ahh I'll just use friggin presets." That's not going to help anything.
Overall: It's just my thoughts.
