This is a song that tells the story of an employee for a large company. He starts his day by waking up with the rise of the sun. He gets up with his family and leaves to go to work. As the world wakes from slumber, he is commuting to his job; which consists of a busy office. He works and works and his boss rewards him by yelling. Life goes on and he keeps working. Eventually he commutes home and returns to his family. He falls asleep and ends his day. Only to wake up the next and repeat the cycle.

This is a metaphor for Windows dominating the common man, windows being the oppressive lifestyle. As much as he hates it, it is still there. P

CompletedEmotion responds:

Thanks for your review! Yes the opening is just the windows xp logon sound slowed down. Perhaps Micro$oft DOES have heart! The song was ment to be a simple song, with just enough to convey the message.

Check back in the future for more songs!

How interesting!

How very interesting indeed. This is one of those tunes that will be rated either a ten or a two, depending on whether people get it or not (i.e. be warned). I like how you used all the sounds from XP to explain in your own terms about how it really consumes the day of your typical American, just as it's "consuming" this song. I get it, so you know how I'm rating it =)

CompletedEmotion responds:

I'm glad that you understood the message. When I was designing the song, I almost didn't want to submit it because I knew it would get a low rating. But it was such an interesting idea I went ahead with it anyway.

Thank you for your 10, there will be more to come in the future!
