ooo yeah if you don't know what a mugen is i'll tell u basically it ur own 2D fighting game you can put any characters, stages, MUSIC, ai, BOUNS level, AND MANY MORE and i made mine and i want to put has my "SELECT A CHARACTER" and ONE OTHER STAGE. i might put a fight on youtube.
