An epic power metal-ish video game OST piece. Used a bunch of NES synth emulators from Tweakbench and a straight GM power kit with a degrade plugin to make it sound more old skool ;)

Guitars arranged and performed by my good friend Nick. He's a great chap, that one.

Heh

You brought back few memories. You know past is good. But we should remake what we had there so it is even more badass. That s what I believe

I like to give a modern edge to old sounds. Or vice versa. Thanks for the kind words :)

Rockin'

Definately sounds like something that you would expect to hear in an old video game. Not that it wouldn't sound good anywhere. You and your friend did a good job with this.

midimachine responds:

Many thanks :)

When one lands the final blow to the final boss, it must be epic. Same goes for songs that pass with flying colors. This song delivers serious pwnage, is one of the sources of Uber 1337ness, and it blows me away.

I like it.

It sounds a bit like something my friend played on guitar hero. And it has a sort of anthemy feel, like if it had lyrics everyone would sing along in the slow bit.
