"Short, but works well"

More of a jingle than a theme. I could see this being played when a character levels up or a boss goes down.

The high points of it really make you feel like this is a total victory without loss.

I can see that. I mean, it's not like you're getting a detailed, long song. But yea, it's really meant to emphasis a small victory, not for the average listener to go "hey, I dig listening to this tune all the time." So stop looping it dude :P (jk)
