Very sweet. I like the whole ambient thing going on in the background and the entire chord progression is beautiful: all those majors and minors that just keep building up.
The use of the piano was an excellent choice, however, you may have wanted to hold the notes just a tad longer and make the piano a little more prominent.
Also, the bass kick could have been louder.
Aside from that, really sweet. Could be used in pretty much any flash. Many kudos to you!
